Natasha Baxter is the face behind the chair crafting revolutionary hair on the Portland scene, and a Maine native. She is passionate about working one on one with her clients to help bring their hair goals to life, all the while helping them become their best selves with her positive vibes. She continuously sets out to find new ways to perfect her craft, and has worked as a mentor to a number of aspiring artists in Portland.

Natasha is the in house blonding specialist at Eunoia located in the heart of downtown Portland. Her focus behind the chair is precision foiling, high impact blonding, bridal, special occasion, and makeup. Her welcoming energy will make you feel at home & her love for the Portland community is unmatched.
